He received his PhD from MIT in 2015 where he developed copper-catalyzed asymmetric alkene radical functionalization reactions in the group of Prof. Steve Buchwald. Rong joined the Prof. Tim Swager group for postdoctoral research in 2015 where he is currently investigating chemical-reponsive polymers. |
