Prof. Jianwei Sun is currently an Assistant Professor of Chemistry. He obtained his B.S. and M.S. degrees both from Nanjing University in 2001 and 2004, respectively, and obtained his PhD degree from the University of Chicago in 2008. Dr. Sun’s research is focused on organic synthesis, including the development of new organic processes and their applications in the synthesis of biologically active molecules and organic dyes in dye-sensitized solar cells. Dr. Sun has published about 40 journal papers in internationally recognized journals, such as J. Am. Chem. Soc. and Angew. Chem. He has received several awards, such as Asian Core Program Lectureship Award, Early Career Award (RGC), etc. He is a member of the American Chemical Society. 南京大学配位化学国家重点实验室
