个人简介
1988年于河北师范学院获学士学位;1991年东北师范大学获理学硕士学位;1997年师从南京大学配位所游效曾院士开展分子磁体方面的研究,并在2000年获理学博士学位。曾在河北北方学院任教,2005年任南京大学化学化工学院副教授,2009年后任教授。 主要从事分子磁体方面的研究,其中包括氰基桥联三维磁体和单分子磁体、以稀土或钴离子为主的单离子磁体、及这些磁体的磁结构相关性研究。从化学合成的角度出发,在分子磁体的基础上进行物性研究,所涉及到的研究方向包括:分子基自旋阻挫和量子自旋液体、电子自旋量子比特、量子自旋霍尔效应等。 曾参与国家973项目、国家重大研发计划等项目,主持国家自然科学基金面上项目多项,目前参与和主持的项目有: 国家重点研发计划:2017YFA0303203《量子调控与量子信息》;2018YFA0306004《分子磁性量子材料及器件研究》 国家自然科学基金:21571097《通过构建或破坏自旋阻挫设计合成分子基磁体》;21973038《磁性配合物中的自旋量子比特》 展示全部

1988.09-2003:河北北方学院(原张家口农业高等专科学校)基础课部,教师,普化教研室主任,1993.06-2002.12讲师; 2000.11-2002.11:东京大学先端科学技术研究中心桥本(Hashimoto)研究室,神奈川科学院光机能变换材料设计室,STA资助博士后研究员(后为JSPS博士后研究员)。研究方向:八氰磁材料的合成和它们的光磁性质; 2003.11-2005.10:南京大学配位化学国家重点实验室,从事博士后工作; 2005.07-2005.09:受聘于台湾大学和中央研究院(台湾)为磁性研究客座专家; 2005.10-2009.11:南京大学配位化学国家重点实验室,副教授。 2009.12-至今:南京大学配位化学国家重点实验室,教授。 展示全部

Our work reveals for the first time that the slow relaxation process of DyIII-containing complexes is the nature of single DyIII ion itself by comparing the slow relaxation magnetic properties of antiferromagnetic coupling (ground state ST = 0), mononuclear and one-dimensional chain complexes.
