个人简介
刘颖,女,教授,博士生导师,国家级青年人才计划入选者。国家“优秀青年”基金、江苏省“杰出青年”基金、特聘教授、“双创人才”入选者。2004年从南京大学化学化工学院获得学士学位,2007年从南京大学化学化工学院获得分析化学硕士学位,2012年从美国加州大学河滨分校(University of California Riverside)获得分析化学博士学位。2012-2013年在德国博世集团北美研发中心(Robert Bosch llc Research and Technology Center)任研究员。2013-2015年在加州大学戴维斯分校(University of California Davis)生物医学工程系从事博士后研究工作,并兼任Sersense Inc.生物科技公司项目负责人。2015年7月起任南京大学化学化工学院化学系生命分析化学国家重点实验室教授。 展示全部

研究方向
课题组主要研究方向包括: 1)智能响应纳米材料合成与光学性能优化(DNA纳米材料、稀土无机纳米材料等); 2)生物分析与传感、智能响应的细胞成像与近红外二区活体成像; 3)药物智能递送与疾病/癌症精准诊疗策略开发。 课题组研究目标为: 1)做更“亮”的荧光探针:通过对无机稀土纳米材料的结构设计与表面修饰优化,将其发光强度提高了3个数量级。 2)做更“快”的检测:通过DNA自组装构建局域反应空间增加反应物浓度、提高反应效率,将反应速度由几小时缩短到几分钟。 3)做更“准”的治疗:利用细胞膜表面DNA逻辑运算与近红外光控策略,通过DNA编程对细胞膜进行功能化,实现单细胞行为监测并对细胞功能与生理过程进行监测与调控。 学术成果
