Synthesizing and evolving new functional   unnatural amino acids for realizing new bioorthogonal chemistry (coupling and   decaging reaction) on protein. Applying these new chemistries into protein   labeling or protein activation inside living systems to study the   host-pathogen interaction and cancer development.
