Yunlong Chen, male, born in 1988, associate professor and master supervisor of School of chemistry, Nanjing University.
He is mainly engaged in the methodological research of in situ analysis of cellular glycosyl related biomolecules. He has developed a series of new methods, such as detection of cell surface glycosyl density, simultaneous detection of multi-component glycosyl, in situ imaging of protein-specific glycosyl, dynamic monitoring of intracellular glycosylation process, screening and regeneration analysis of cell surface glycolipid subclasses. At present, he focuses on:
1) Research on in-situ quantitative measurement of cellular glycoconjugates and methods for exploring their functions;
2) Research on in-situ measurement methods for in vivo glycoconjugates and their disease diagnosis strategies;
3) Research on in situ identification, intervention, and regulation methods for multiple glycoconjugates in vivo, as well as strategies for disease treatment and efficacy monitoring.
He has published 45 papers in journals including J. Am. Chem. Soc., Nat. Commun., Angew. Chem. Int. Ed..
