Yuncong Chen, graduated from Nanjing University in 2008 with a BS degree, and got his PhD from NJU in 2014 under supervision of Prof. Zijian Guo. From August 2014 to July 2018, postdoctoral research in  Ben Zhong Tang's group at HKUST. Since September 2018, he joined School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering of Nanjing University as an associate professor, and was promoted to full Professor in 2023.01. He has published more than 100 peer-reviewed papers, including Chem. Soc. Rev .; Nat. Commun .; J. Am. Chem. Soc .; Angew. Chem. Int. Ed .; Adv. Mater .; Mater. Horiz .; ACS Nano; Adv. Funct. Mater .; Chem. Mater .; Chem. Sci .; Chem. Commun. etc. He has been cited over 6700 times with one paper cited > 670 times and a H-index of 41(Google Scholar). He has won the honors of outstanding doctoral dissertation of Jiangsu Province. He is currently associate editor of Frontiers in Chemistry, Frontiers in Chemical Biology and Luminescence.
