个人简介
1963年11生,江苏苏州(吴江)人。1980.9--1990.7南京大学学习,获博士学位,同年留校担任讲师,1992年晋升副教授,2003年晋升教授。现任《大学化学》杂志编委。曾任南京大学教师教学发展中心专家委员会成员、国家级化学实验教学中心主任、化学实验课程国家级优秀教学团队主持人、化学化工学院教学委员会主任、南京大学赵世良讲座教授。2007年获宝钢优秀教师奖, 2018年获得国家级教学成果一等奖;2001、2005、2009年还分别获国家级教学成果二等奖。在高等教育出版社和科学出版社出版教材2本。在科学研究方面,承担多项国家自然科学基金委项目。发表论文180余篇. 2010年获教育部高等院校自然科学成果一等奖、2007年江苏省科技进步二等奖,并在2013,2018年分别获得江苏省优秀博生论文指导导师。 展示全部

研究方向
1. 纳米电极材料制备及其在能源器件中的应用; 2. 生物分子的纳米光电传感分析; 3. 生物燃料电池及其自供能传感分析应用。 主要研究领域为生物燃料电池及自供能传感分析、生物分子光电化学分析等基础研究。生物燃料电池分为酶生物燃料电池和微生物燃料电池。酶生物燃料电池(EBFC)是以生物酶为催化剂,将生物体内化学能直接转化为电能的绿色能源转换装置。基于EBFC的自供能生物传感器(EBFC-SPB)是目前本课题组的研究重点之一,致力于解决EBFC-SPB发展中的如下几个问题:1)EBFC输出较低,导致EBFC-SPB灵敏度较低;2)无法实现多目标定量分析;3)传统的EBFC-SPB依然仅仅作为分析检测工具对疾病标志物等进行分析检测,设计具有诊断诱导的递药模式及疗效评估传感模式,实现“诊断-治疗-评估” 的自供能三重级联功能。微生物燃料电池利用微生物细菌作为生物催化剂,可将有机废物中的化学能转变为电能进行输出,具有同时产能和治污的双重功效。目前,本课题组致力于将取之不尽,用之不竭的太阳能引入微生物燃料电池体系,设计光助增强的微生物燃料电池功率输出性能的新策略,开拓多重能源转换渠道,开拓一条新的且具有希望的微生物燃料电池发展道路。 生物分子分析是药物开发、疾病诊断、药效评价等医学、医药研究的基础,如端粒酶被认为是重要的癌症标志物,它在多于85 %的癌细胞种类中过表达,其活性的检测对于癌症的早期诊断以及癌症的治疗具有重要的意义。因此,本课题组致力于细胞水平上疾病标志物的检测,通过结合新兴的DNA纳米技术、光电传感技术和成像技术,开发检测疾病标志物新的方法以及成像细胞内金属离子的方法,为癌症的早期诊断与治疗,揭示细胞内金属离子的作用提供了有用的工具与思路。 学术成果
