个人简介
教授、博士生导师,国家重点研发计划重点专项首席科学家,南京大学化学系学士(1996)和硕士(2001)。2001.10-2004.9于日本金泽大学获博士学位。2005.1至2006.8于美国斯坦福大学化学系James P. Collman院士课题组从事博士后研究。2010年起任南京大学教授。 展示全部
工作经历
围绕肿瘤等重大疾病的早期诊断,瞄准免疫分析、基因检测、细胞监测及其在临床诊断中存在的关键问题,一直致力于MOF/COF纳米探针组装、电化学/电化学发光传感与多模态活体成像和疾病治疗等研究。在框架功能材料的合成、电化学发光理论与传感、肿瘤细胞的功能分子原位检测和高效治疗等领域做出了原创性工作。研究成果在Nat. Commun., J. Am. Chem. Soc., Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.,和Chem. Soc. Rev.等国际一流杂志共发表SCI论文230余篇(其中IF>5.0刊物172篇),并获得省部级自然科学一等奖3项,被SCI论文他引15600多次,H指数为73,得到同行广泛的评价与应用。 展示全部
