Prof. Dr. Zhu, born in September 1960；Ph.D in 1993 from Nanjing University, China. Postdoctoral fellow (1998-1999) with
Professor Aharon Gedanken in Bar-Ilan University, Israel. Associate professor in Nanjing university (1996-2001)；Professor in
Nanjing University(2001-). 

    His research interests are focused on synthesis and characterization of nanoparticles, including metal , oxide , chalcogenides
and composites by using sonochemistry, sonoelectrochemistry and microwave chemistry method. His another research interests
are focused on the study of electrochemistry including bioeletrochemistry, nanoelectrohemistry and the fabrication of biosensors
and nanosensors.
